Return Policy
At TinyToto, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If an item isn’t quite what you expected — whether it’s the wrong size, colour, or simply not right for you — you may return it for a store credit (excluding shipping costs), provided it is returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Please note: Refunds are not offered. A store credit will be issued once your return has been received and approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you are welcome to return your item for store credit in line with our Returns Policy.
Sale Items
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or credits on Sale Items, so please choose sale purchases carefully.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at support@tinytoto.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.
We highly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, as TinyToto is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Items not received in their original condition will be returned to the customer. TinyToto reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our return standards.
Duty & Import Costs (International Orders)
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or border fees before your order is released for delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the receiver, not TinyToto.
If import charges are refused and the shipment is held, the order will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Important Information
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once a parcel has been collected by the courier.
- TinyToto is not responsible for shipping or customs delays. Weather, customs clearance, and courier processing times may affect delivery windows.
- If a shipment is undeliverable due to unpaid import charges, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, it will be abandoned and no refund will be provided.
- Any redirection or re-delivery fees will be charged to the receiver.
Faulty Items
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can assist with a resolution.
Exchanges
If you'd like an exchange for a different colour, size, or item, we kindly ask that you place a new order. We cannot guarantee availability by the time your return reaches us.
Store credits (e-gift cards) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or added to your store credit.
